In 2015, we introduced the "Starlight" concept, allowing our IPC cameras to capture sharp and colorful images even in static scenes with just 0.002 Lux of light. We further advanced this technology with the "Super Starlight" cameras, utilizing our proprietary TVP algorithm to capture images in night vision at 0.0004 Lux in 2017, and in dynamic scenes at the same light level in 2018. Tiandy offers cost-efficient and project-based products, including cameras ranging from 2MP to 16MP, PTZ cameras with 4X to 63X zoom, and NVRs supporting up to 320 channels, all enhanced by our user-friendly GUI, "Easy7" VMS, and "EasyLive Plus" mobile app.
Our commitment to quality is reinforced by our state-of-the-art production capabilities. Tiandy operates the only fully intelligent automated security production line in northern China, with 8 high-speed SMT lines and 7 fully automated assembly lines, producing up to 6,000 units per day on a single line. In 2024, we further increased our production efficiency by introducing Siemens' fastest SMT machine. Tiandy's stringent quality control ensures a defect rate of less than 1%, the lowest in the industry.
Tiandy is recognized as one of the top 100 software companies in China. In 2016, our software stability led us to participate in the Safe City project in Tianjin, managing over 200,000 cameras. In 2020, we achieved CMMI5 V2.0 software maturity certification, becoming the 19th company globally—and the first in the security industry—to earn this distinction. Tiandy has also led and participated in drafting 26 national industry standards and has applied for over 900 patents and software copyrights.
