During the tour of the smart security exhibition hall, Mr. Dai shared with the delegation the company's development journey, talent development, industry expertise and strategy, modern production lines, and precision manufacturing, as well as Tiandy's contributions to smart campus construction and services. Following the tour, both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on the topic of overseas talent education and training. The OBG leader of Tiandy explained that in recent years, the company has been deeply rooted in the security industry, with its overseas market seeing rapid growth, placing Tiandy as the 7th largest security company globally. This success is attributed to the company’s continuously innovative products and its increasingly mature marketing system. He elaborated on Tiandy’s G80 global market strategy and the accompanying demand for talent, emphasizing the company’s commitment to expanding its global talent pool and enhancing its international influence and competitiveness.
Liu Wenwei, Director of the International Education School of Tianjin University, remarked that as an "alumni enterprise" of Tianjin University, Tiandy has actively deepened school-enterprise cooperation in recent years. The company has provided valuable internship and employment opportunities for many students, fostering numerous innovative and practical international talents. Looking ahead, both sides will continue to leverage the advantages of collaboration between prestigious schools and leading enterprises, allowing more Malaysian students to understand Tianjin and China, thus building a solid platform for talent development between the two countries.
Wong Yanting, Vice Chairman of the Malaysian Chinese Education Consulting Committee, and Lau Wai Yee, Vice President of the Malaysia-China Belt and Road Promotion Association, both expressed great expectations for future educational cooperation between the two parties. Wong shared insights into the current state and future plans of Malaysia’s education sector, as well as the long-standing educational cooperation between China and Malaysia. She hopes to further enhance exchanges and innovation with Tianjin University and Tiandy, jointly promoting the development of education in both countries.
